1. Payment

Our web store currently only accepts Paypal and all products are priced by US dollars. Buyers can link their credit/debit card or bank account to Paypal.

2. Shipping

Our order processing time is normally 1-2 days and longer during peak seasons or inventory shortage. We ship to most countries and regions in the world from our partners' warehouses in US, Canada, Mexico, China, Japan, Australia, UAE, UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. Buyers can see if we can ship to your country or region at checkout. Due to stock availability, we may not always ship from the closest country to an order's address. The estimated shipping time and rate are also provided at checkout.

3. Order Cancellation and Refund

When buyers cancel an order, we will give a full refund as soon as we see the request and if the order has not been shipped yet. If the order is shipped, we will do our best to intercept the shipment. However, if interception is not possible, buyers have to return the shipment in their own expense to receive a refund.

4. Return and Refund

Upon receiving the order, buyers have seven (7) days to return the order to our RMA warehouses. You can contact us to receive the shipping instructions. Buyers in the countries mentioned in the 2. Shipping section above will receive a prepaid shipping label. Other than those 12 countries, buyers have to pay for shipping to the address provided.

Important: Returned product(s) has to be in its original new condition and can be resold to other buyers. Otherwise, we will deduct a damage fee off the refund depending on the condition of the returned product(s).

If there's product quality issue upon receiving the order, buyers can refer to our Warranty Policy for replacement.
