Return and Refund

We only accept return in US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Japan, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain. Upon receiving the order, buyers have seven (7) days to return the order to our RMA warehouses. You need to contact us to receive shipping instructions and prepaid shipping label. We do not accept return in other countries.

Important Note

Returned product(s) has to be in its original new condition and can be resold to other buyers. Otherwise, we will deduct a damage fee off the refund depending on the condition of the returned product(s).

If there's product quality issue upon receiving the order, buyers can refer to our Warranty Policy for replacement.
