Handling time and lead time
Our order processing time is normally 2-3 days and longer during peak seasons or inventory shortage. We ship to most countries and regions in the world from our partners' warehouses in US, Canada, Mexico, China, Japan, Australia, UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. Buyers can see if we can ship to your country or region at checkout.
Due to stock availability, we may not always ship from the closest country to the shipping address. The estimated shipping time on average is 5-10 business days and could be longer. Buyers can track their orders via the link sent in the shipping notification email.
For certain large sized products, we have special shipping arrangement specified on their respective pages.
When buyers cancel an order, we will give a full refund as soon as we see the request and only if the order has not been shipped yet. If the order is shipped, we will do our best to intercept the shipment. However, if interception fails, buyer has to return the shipment in their own expense to receive a refund.
Order not received
There are many different scenarios where an order is not received. After 30 days of placing an order, if the buyer still doesn't receive the order, they can contact us to request reshipping or refund.
