Warranty Policy

1. Scope of Warranty

Lykus (“we,” “us,” or “our”) stands behind the quality and workmanship of its products and is proud to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty (the “Warranty”) to the original purchaser (“you” or “customer”).

 

This Warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for Lykus and purchased through our authorized channels, including our official website, authorized retailers, and authorized resellers.

 

2. Warranty Coverage

Subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions set forth in this Warranty, we warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for the lifetime of the product.

 

If, during the normal use of the product, you experience a defect in materials or workmanship, we will, at our sole discretion:

 

  • Replace the defective product with the same model or a comparable model of equal or greater value if the original model is unavailable, or

  • Provide another remedy as we deem appropriate in accordance with this Warranty.

 

3. Exclusions and Limitations

This Warranty does not cover:

 

1. Damage resulting from improper use or care, including but not limited to:

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Use contrary to the product’s intended purpose or instructions

  • Failure to follow care, maintenance, or cleaning instructions

 

2. Physical damage or mishandling, including:

  • Dropping, crushing, impact, or other external forces

  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or other harmful substances

 

3. Alterations and modifications, including:

  • Any changes, repairs, or modifications performed by anyone other than Lykus

  • Use of unauthorized parts or accessories

 

4. Normal wear and tear, including:

  • Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, scuffs, fading, or discoloration) that does not affect the functional performance of the product

  • Expected deterioration of materials over time through ordinary use

 

5. Accidents and external events, including:

  • Fire, flood, theft, acts of God, or other external causes beyond our control

 

6. Non-genuine products:

  • Counterfeit products or products whose serial numbers, labels, or markings have been altered, defaced, or removed

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resale/second-hand marketplaces (unless otherwise required by law)

 

This Warranty applies only to quality and manufacturing defects and does not serve as insurance against damage from use, storage, or transportation.

 

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a Warranty claim, you must follow the steps below:

 

1. Contact Us

Reach out to our customer support team via support@lykustech.com or our official website contact form. Please include:

  • Your full name and contact information

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt, or invoice)

  • A description of the issue and how it occurred

 

2. Provide Photo or Video Evidence

Our staff may request clear photo and/or video documentation of:

  • The defective area or issue

  • The overall product

  • Any relevant labels, serial numbers, or markings (if applicable)

 

This documentation is required for us to verify the defect and determine eligibility under this Warranty.

 

3. Evaluation and Determination

Upon receipt of the requested information, we will review your claim and determine, at our sole discretion, whether:

  • The product is covered by this Warranty, and

  • Replacement or other remedy will be provided.

 

4. Replacement Process

If your claim is approved:

  • We will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you.

  • In some cases, we may request that you return the defective product to us for inspection. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, information regarding shipping costs and responsibility.

 

We strive to process Warranty claims promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on claim volume, product availability, and shipping conditions.

 

5. Conditions and Limitations

  • This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  • This Warranty is valid only in the country or region where the product was originally purchased, unless we explicitly indicate otherwise.

  • Replacement products provided under this Warranty:

    • Are covered for the remainder of the original product’s warranty period or 30 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer, unless otherwise required by law.

  • We reserve the right to:

    • Verify the authenticity of the product and the purchase, and

    • Deny claims that, in our judgment, do not meet the terms and conditions of this Warranty.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

 

1. Exclusive Warranty

This Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Lykus with respect to the products and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous oral or written representations.

 

2. No Other Warranties

Except as expressly stated in this Warranty and to the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

 

3. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Lykus be liable for:

 

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,

  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use,

  • Any costs of substitute goods, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Our total cumulative liability under this Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

 

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. In such cases, this Warranty shall be construed to provide the maximum limitation or exclusion permitted by applicable law.

 

7. Consumer Rights

This Warranty grants you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Nothing in this Warranty is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

 

In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Warranty and applicable mandatory consumer protection laws, the applicable laws shall prevail.

 

8. Amendments to the Warranty

Lykus reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this Warranty from time to time. Any such changes will not affect products purchased prior to the effective date of the updated Warranty unless required by law.
